Dynamic of state modernization in Colombia : the virtuous cycle of military transformation

Abstract

This articles seeks to start closing this gap, by providing a model through which the case the transformation of the military forces of Colombia can be analyzed as a virtuous cycle, using observations from its future implementers as the main resource to test it.
