Procedimiento logístico para el Ejército Nacional de Colombia en apoyo al Programa Nacional de Entrega de Armas de Manera Voluntaria en el marco de la Paz Total

Abstract

Este artículo de investigación, tuvo como fundamento el diseño de un procedimiento logístico para la recepción de armas y municiones sin procedencia legal que se encuentren en poder de la población civil a nivel general o de grupos ilegales, en apoyo al programa de entrega de armas de manera voluntaria liderado por el Departamento Control Comercio de Armas, Municiones y Explosivos en donde quien tendrá mayor responsabilidad el Ejército Nacional de Colombia. El desarrollo de este artículo, presenta los desafíos y retos que tendrá recepcionar, almacenar y transportar este tipo de armamento. La metodología aplicada fue de tipo cualitativa propositiva, ya que se diseñó un procedimiento logístico desde el marco teórico y conceptual, finalmente se presentan las conclusiones respectivas del desarrollo investigativo.

This research article was based on the design of a logistical procedure for the receipt of weapons and ammunition without legal origin that are in the possession of the general civilian population or illegal groups, in support of the voluntary weapons surrender program led by the Department for Control of Arms, Ammunition and Explosives Trade where the Colombian National Army will have greater responsibility. The development of this article, presents the challenges and challenges that will receive, store and transport this type of weapons. The applied methodology was qualitative propositive, since a logistic procedure was designed from the theoretical and conceptual framework, finally presenting the respective conclusions of the research development.
