| dc.description | Si bien las fronteras en el continente europeo, en su gran generalidad, han dejado de ser inviolables barreras de extensión de las soberanías nacionales convirtiéndose en puentes para la cooperación y la integración, especialmente en el marco de la Unión Europea; en el Sur global, incluyendo a Colombia, su carácter sigue siendo de confrontación y discordia. Un análisis de la transformación histórica de la guerra ayuda a explicar por qué estas fronteras son hoy, por un lado, espacios para la multiplicación del crimen, y por el otro, muros de un Estado hermético, concentrado en la defensa de su soberanía. | es-ES |
