dc.description | El presente artículo hace un breve acercamiento, desde la óptica multidimensional de la seguridad, a los procesos sociales que llevaron a Evo Morales a la presidencia de Bolivia. Para ello, se inicia con un ejercicio de operacionalización de dicho concepto con el fin de captar su complejidad y facilitar su aplicabilidad. Seguidamente, desde la línea del constructivismo se aborda el caso boliviano haciendo énfasis en la teoría de los movimientos sociales; para luego sacar enseñanzas que aporten al entendimiento comprensivo de la seguridad en la región. | es-ES |
