| dc.description | Entre los expertos existe consenso de que un proceso exitoso de reintegración depende de la forma cómo se hayan concebido e implementado las fases previas de desmovilización y desarme así como la capacidad de las instituciones político-administrativas y la comunidad internacional para atender esos compromisos y llevarlos a cabo. Al mismo tiempo, estas tres fases, desarme, desmovilización y reintegración, están determinadas por la forma en que se desarrollaron los procesos de paz y los acuerdos que éstos hayan implementado. | es-ES |
